Benyuan Design and Research Center is located in Shenzhen University and was established in 2017 by Meng Jianmin, a member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. It is an important platform for Meng's architectural theories, technical researches and teachings. Based on the design philosophy of "All-Round Humanistic Care", the center is dedicated to the scientific researches and the theoretical teachings in the fields of medical architecture; future architecture and future city; green architecture; new materials, new technologies, new techniques; urban renewals and smart city, as well as accessibility.
